My book is missing the CD-ROM or the other supplemental materials that came with it. What should I do?
While you may still receive a payment for a book that is missing its supplemental materials (CD-ROM, workbooks, videos, DVDs, cassette tapes, flash cards, etc.), it is also possible that your payment may be reduced or completely eliminated. Books will not be returned if they are determined to be of no value to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they include all supplemental materials with their books.
I see you use the abbreviation ISBN a lot. What does it mean?
The abbreviation ISBN means International Standard Book Number. Publishers use this number to identify their books. The ISBN is located on the back of the book and on the back of the title page. In order to be certain you are using the correct ISBN, please always use the ISBN found on the back of the title page. It is usually a 10-digit number, but newer books sometimes use 13 digits.
My book has more than one ISBN. What should I do?
Books with more than one ISBN normally include some supplemental materials or belong to a larger series of books. The first ISBN is usually for the book only. The bottom ISBN is usually for the book including its supplements or the entire series. Make sure to use the ISBN for what you plan to send us. Misidentifying your book may mean a lower payment if one is issued at all.
What if nothing comes up when I enter my ISBN on your website?
If your book doesn't show up on our list, it means either that we have a large number in our inventory already, or that the resale value is not high enough for us to justify its purchase. Sending unauthorized books will result in no payment and you could possibly be billed for the cost of postage.
