CashMoneyTexts.com strives to pay a fair price for your used college textbooks. Please read the following payment policies to ensure your satisfaction with your sale.
What will I be paid for my books?
A price quote will be given when you add books to your sale cart. Payment may be adjusted upon receipt of your shipment based on the quality of your books.
Is the quoted payment price guaranteed?
The amount paid to you may be adjusted according to the quality of the book received in our warehouse. Please be sure to include all supplemental materials with your books to ensure maximum payment. Your price quote may also be adjusted if your book is not shipped within 7 business days.
How will I be paid?
For your convenience, we offer two payment options. Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Once your buyback is complete, you cannot change your payment method. Your payment may be adjusted if the items you send do not adhere to our policies.
PayPal.com Payment (Recommended)
In order to expedite your payment, choose this method. A PayPal.com account is required, and minimal fees will be deducted from your quoted price. Please see PayPal.com for all details regarding account set up.
Be sure the e-mail address associated with your PayPal.com account is correct. Once payment is made to a PayPal.com account, it cannot be canceled, reversed or re-sent!
Business Check
A business check will be issued within three business days from the day your shipment reaches our warehouse. Your check will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
Please be certain that your mailing address is up to date before you complete your buyback. If a check has already been issued for your buyback, we will not issue a new check.
How does CashMoneyTexts.com settle on a payment price for my books?
The quote you receive takes many factors into account. These factors may include, but are not limited to, our current inventory and the supply and demand for your book. Because the amount we pay for books is constantly changing, it is in your best interest to sell your books as soon as possible.
Will selling more than one book affect my bottom line price?
You might notice that the quote you receive may go up or down based on the quantity of books you enter into the system. This is normal as our computers are calculating how many of your books we need for our inventory.
Will I be paid for books that were not included on my price quote?
We will never pay you for books that were sent without our authorization. Only books for which you received a price quote will be accepted for payment. If we receive any unauthorized books, they will earn no payment and will be disposed of at our discretion. Also, if we incur any unnecessary shipping costs due to unauthorized books, we reserve the right to bill you to recover those expenses.
How many books can I sell?
Although there is no set limit, we may restrict the number of books sold for an individual transaction or customer at our discretion.
Is there a way to sell wholesale quantities of books?
If you would like to sell wholesale book quantities to us, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We'll do our best to set up a business arrangement that's profitable for both parties.
