CashMoneyTexts.com does everything possible to make your book selling experience as easy as possible. In order to make sure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible, please read the following shipping policies.

Who pays to ship my books?

You do not pay for shipping for customers shipping from within the United States. At the end of your transaction you will be given a pre-paid shipping label which you may print and place on your package. All you have to do is drop your package off at your local U.S. Post Office.

How should I package my books for shipment?

It is your responsibility to pack all books in secure packaging that will protect them during shipping. Do not use any cushioning materials that may stain or smudge your books as this may decrease your payment. Do not use USPS Priority boxes or mailers as it will increase our shipping cost. Doing so will force us to deduct the extra shipping cost from your payment or bill you to recover the difference.

How long can I wait before I ship my books?

Your price quote is only valid for 5 business days from the time it is given. You must ship your books within this time and they must be received in our warehouse within 30 business days from the date of your price quote. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee the same price you were originally quoted. You may still receive an adjusted payment for these books, but that cannot be guaranteed. Under no circumstances can we return your books to you.

If my books are of no use to you, will you send them back to me?

Under no conditions can we send any books back to customers for any reason. It is possible that we may pay you less than the quoted price for a book if we determine that it is unusable or in a condition worse than usual for a used book. In either case, we determine the price to be paid (if any). Please do not send books if you believe them to be in such poor quality as to be unusable. See our miscellaneous policies page for examples of acceptable book conditions.

How long does it usually take for my books to arrive at your warehouse?

Books are shipped to us via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is a very inexpensive shipping method that allows us to control costs and pass the savings on to you in the form of a better payment. It is, however, a class of mail that is slower than regular First Class Mail or Priority Mail. While many packages can arrive in a week, it is possible that your package can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in our warehouse.

What happens if my books never arrive at your warehouse?

If you have not received any communication from us within 4 weeks of shipping your books, please contact us. Keep in mind that the delivery time of your package can vary greatly during times of the year when the post office is very busy, such as major holidays. We are not responsible for and will not pay for shipments that never reach our warehouse.

I live outside the United States. Can I still sell books to you?

We only accept books from the United States.

I would like to use Priority Mail envelopes or boxes to send my package to you. Is this acceptable?
